airplane-departingPretty much everyone in the travel industry these days is looking for a way to coax more people to travel despite the suffering economy. Airlines have dropped fares, hotels are offering cut-rate rooms and now online travel booking sites like Priceline are allowing you to book your trip without paying any fees. If there was any question that you should take advantage of the insane travel deals out there right now, you now know that now is the time to hit that “book it now” button and get ready for a fabulously inexpensive vacation. Lowered Booking fees on priceline Hotels!

Priceline isn’t the only online booking company that has done away with or lowered booking fees in an effort to drum up more business. Expedia recently announced that they would be eliminating booking fees altogether and extending a previously spring promotion of no fees into the summer and beyond. Plus, with so many great deals on travel to just about everywhere on Expedia, it is super easy to score a great last minute deal (and not pay any fees when you do so).

Travelocity is another online booking site that has announced it will extend the fee-less period into the summer. By checking out the great last minute deals on Travelocity, you could also click your way to cheaper than ever vacation to New York, Vegas or even Mexico. Add onto the discounts the reduced booking fees and you’ll be amazed at how much money you are able to save.

Jessica loves to travel, but she left her heart in Italy many years ago. She's working on relocating to Italy in order to retrieve it, but in the meantime she loves making all kinds of travel easier for others.
