I just saw that Orbitz has a new special sale on all Las Vegas flight+hotel packages for at least three nights that gives you $75 off instantly. You have to book by July 21, but you can actually take the trip any time this year and still get the deal. I might be suspicious of this most other times, but lately I’ve read a few different stories that discuss how Vegas isn’t doing too well lately, and they are having to cut prices to try to fill rooms up. I also read that the hotels don’t really want to make a big deal about the fact that they are struggling, so instead of announcing big fare sales they do “hidden” deals like this. Their loss is our gain, this time at least.
