Kenya Wildlife Discovery: 10 days for $1,499

If wildlife interests you, then visiting Africa is the vacation of a life time. More so, if you love to be active in nature, this tour is excellent for you. The safari includes hikes, walks, baking and rafting, which are suitable for almost all fitness levels.

Departures from Nairobi are on March 2, Jul 13, Aug 17, Sept 28, Dec 10, 2009.

The price of $1,499 per person (without air) includes:

  • group leader
  • accommodation : 3 hotel nights, 7 nights camping
  • transport
  • some of the meals (8 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners).

Allow $50 for the meals not included in the tour and $400 for local payment.



You will be exploring Masai Mara, where you get a chance to see the Big 5 (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino), see the flamingos at Lake Nakuru National Park, while in the Tsavo West National Park you get a chance to see Red Elephants, zebras, hippos and leopards.
