Iceland & Greenland 6-night Package from $1149
Economy got you down? Capitalize on it with a trip to Iceland, a country that’s just gone bust. The deals are plentiful, and there’s still plenty to see and do there. Besides, you can feel good about the fact that you’re helping the country rebound.
This six-night package trip includes stops in both Iceland and Greenland (so you can see firsthand that the names make it seem like the countries were switched at birth), with round-trip airfare between Iceland and Greenland, six nights of accommodation, breakfast daily, transportation from airport to hotel, and taxes and airline fuel surcharges – for only $1,149.
You can book this trip for anytime between January 6 and March 31 of 2009, so there’s no deadline by which you need to make your reservations. The only caveat is that once the tours are booked, the deal is gone. Also note that international airfare to Iceland isn’t included, but from New York you can fly to Reykjavik for as little as $880 round-trip. Read all the details before you book, but this is definitely a great time to be heading to Iceland.
