Holiday Sale on hotel rooms on Travelocity
The New York Times published an article today about how with people giving up on my discretionary spending in these rough economic times (“Budgets Shrink, and Holiday Fares Follow Suit“), holiday travel is actually cheaper than it has been in years. In order to encourage more people to get on the plane and book that hotel this winter, airlines and hotels are rolling out some pretty fantastic deals on airfare and hotel rooms.
Travelocity is having a Holiday Bonus Sale, for those interested in getting away this holiday season. The site is rolling out some pretty fantastic offers on hotels all over the globe, from London to Tokyo, to ski slopes to Caribbean beach towns. By entering in the promotional codes BONUS75 you can get an additional $75 of savings for a three night stay (make sure you read all of the rules and regulations thought first). So, if you are lucky enough to still be employed and have a roof over your head, now may be the perfect time to head out on a vacation this holiday season.
