Great Delta Fare Sale through June 2: NYC-Europe
Whenever I see great deals on flights that depart only from New York, I wish I lived in or near New York. Because these kinds of rock-bottom sale prices never seem to make it out where I live. Ah, well. If I can’t enjoy these deals, then perhaps you can.
Delta Air Lines is offering fares to select European cities from New York JFK Airport for as little as $638 round-trip. You read that right. We’re about knee-deep into the height of the busy summer travel season and that’s a fare from the U.S. to Europe for under $650. (Now, if you don’t live in or around New York, you could always try to find a cheap-o fare to NYC and then get one of the tickets on this deal. But I digress…)
There are quite a few particulars with this deal, as each destination city has different dates when you can take advantage of the low fares, so do go read the whole thing to find out exactly what the situation is, but here are a few of the tidbits from the article:
- Fares require a Saturday night stay, and there’s a maximum stay of 30 days.
- Some cities require a 7-day advance purchase.
- Tickets must be booked by June 2, 2008 by 11:59PM EST.
The cities included in this deal are Dublin, Berlin, Brussels, Bucharest, Milan, Shannon, and London.
