Fall Deals in Europe in Spain, Italy, France, Amsterdam, & More

by Jessica on September 5, 2008   |    Posted in: Specials    |    No Comments

I know I’m not being terribly original when I say that I prefer traveling in Europe in the off-season rather than the height of summer, but it’s true. And it’s not just because the weather is more moderate and the crowds are less, either - it’s because the prices tend to come down. Which, these days, is a major factor when you’re vacation planning. Here are a few examples of Europe deals for this autumn:

  • 7-night Mediterranean cruise from $699 - Including stops in Spain, Italy and France
  • 4-night Amsterdam trip from $899 - Includes round-trip airfare & 4 hotel nights
  • 6-night Greece vacation from $1,309 - Including round-trip airfare & 6 hotel nights in Athens
  • 7-night Danube cruise from $1,849 - Includes stops in Vienna, Regensburg, and Nuremburg
  • 1 night free in Spain - In Madrid or Valencia, you’ll get one night free at the Westin with a 3-5 night stay

Some of these deals are really a steal, and others are just “pretty good” if you’re already taking the trip. But be sure to check out all the deals - and read the details before you book! The dates by which you’ve got to book these vary with each deal, so pay attention to that especially.

daved
Daved likes to tell people he travels around the world looking for new adventures. Really that means he is too cheap to want to live in the United states full time. Instead, he travels and lives in countries where he can make his American dollars go far.

Jessica loves to travel, but she left her heart in Italy many years ago. She's working on relocating to Italy in order to retrieve it, but in the meantime she loves making all kinds of travel easier for others.

Julie caught the travel bug early after a family road trip to the tip of Baja as a kid. Two stints of living in France and a backpacking trip in Latin America later, and Julie's love for travel and desire to explore the world was steadfastly affirmed.
