Those looking to book a cruise vacation soon might be happy to know that Orbitz has a special deal on that offers $200 off a Carnival Cruise, or a FREE upgrade with a value up to $120. The former sounds more tempting than the latter to me, but once you get into the booking system there must be something there that explains why the upgrade could be a better deal.
