I just saw this new deal over at travelzoo.com, and I think it’s worth checking out. American Airlines is suddenly offering fares as low as $79* each way, based on round-trip purchase, between various US cities. As usual, there is some fine print, which is that these fares are valid June 30 through November 5, 2008, and that sale fares are valid for travel Tuesday and Wednesday; other days are subject to higher fares. But in spite of that these are some good prices on some of these routes.
